well some people talk heer about zartosht....well then the sword of ali in the lions hand on the flag has to go. Iran is for 400 shia now, thus an shia islamic country. If you live utopic then delete the sowrd, then your word make more sense

You must remember that this is sung in Farsi(the New Persian Language), which is basically a mixture of Pahlavi(the Middle Persian Language) and Arabic(a non-Persian language of barbarians). Pahlavi and Avestan are the true languages of Zartosht!

True language of Zartosht was Gatic not Avesta or Pahlavi.

I have to tell U The Arabic of today influence and changed by Iranian to the extend that even the Arabs of today can not Understand the old Arabic of the time of Islams invasion of Persia, There writing, alphabet, grammar changed, and there is more Persian worlds in Arabic Language then it's Arabic in Persian Language,

even in English language is lot's of Persian words we use without knowing it's Iranian origin.

Where you're wrong is that Iranians don't have Arab-look,Arabs have Iranian look, because from India to North Africa was Persia, even Baghdad was built by Persians about 1400 yrs ago,the Persians chose Arabic Alphabet because it was the language of islam.1300 yrs ago in Baghdad center of Persian science & literature Arabic & Persian both were used.Arab-look is how Saudis and Yemenis look.All northern arabs have persian blood.Mosques were built for Islam and Mollahs showed up in 18th century.

@AzadehIran Although, Arabic was influenced by other cultures as well, not just our own. The Arabs made it all the way up to Southern France, all the way down to the bottom of the Sahara Desert in Africa, East to Western China, and North to Central Asia, so of course there were A LOT of changes to the Arabic language within just 500 years after the Conquests.

@AzadehIran Well, actually I guess that maybe this whole "true language of Zartosht" is an opionion. What is the true language of Judaism? Islam? Christianity? I guess there is none unless you take a survey to see what percentage of a certain religion's followers speak a certain language. I forgot that it is the PRESENT number, not a number that is over 2,000 years old. And languages do change over time so you are right about 1,400 year old Arabic not being understood anymore.
