@TheFeatherFromBillsW I've been playing Master of Puppets for almost two years now. It was the first complete song w/solos I learned and I've been playing only 1/2 a year at that time (Other than Blitzkrieg Bop). I still to this day can't alternative pick this song and I'm glad I can't ! My solos still don't sound good on the song yet. But for this video, this was in 2009 so @Ecko I hope you're still rockin'!

at the part at 1:24 how do u pick the string fast i can play the song too but my picking on that part isnt so great

@BleedingBlade91 I agree downstrokes sound much different than upstrokes. Downstrokes are more crisp sounding if you know what I mean. They have much more power and that is what Metallica aims for.
