I'm getting ready to do a 24hr skin patch test for peppermint, rosemary and lavender oils with sweet almond oil. I can't wait to get that into my regimen. I just wanted to also mention that I've read from many sources that stimulating the scalp a week before and after a chemical treatment is a bad idea (for obvious reasons). So a week after my relaxer, I'm gonna get started. DEUCES! LOL, luv this channel :)

This is wonderful information. Now i do have a question. Is there a particular amount of time that a person should massage their scalp.? I know that when i person gets a massage that they say to not go over a certain amount of time because the body can be overstimulated. Is this the same for the scalp...?
