1 pkg white cake mix
1 (3.4oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c oil
1 c. club soda
3 eggs
½ c pistachios, chopped
(Optional: garnish with chopped pistachios)
Preheat Oven 350
Combine all ingredients and blend for 4 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Remove the cake and cool completely on a wire rack. Frost and garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve

2 envelopes whipped topping mix
11/2 c. cold milk
1 (3.4oz) package instant pistachio pudding. Combine whipped topping, milk. Beat until soft peaks form. Add pudding. Beat until fluffy
