this video does show basic wing chung movements but it does also show that this is staged but then again you wouldnt expect a grandmaster to just be in a fight , that is very rare , it is just to show the basics used in a fighting manor

My sifu actually made me watch the whole video before I joined his wing chun school, I though the video was a big joke. I'm pretty sure he though the same thing.
