Hearing "Ave Maria" a lot now that it's around the holidays, but no renditions are quite as beautiful as this kid's. I totally agree with wanting to hear what his adult voice sounds like. I only hope it's half as beautiful.

This young man obviously has enormous courage and nerves of titanium. I wonder that the choir director didn't have a back-up soloist ready to step in and take over after the first bar or so? His unchanged voice (when it regains some stability here and there) is really lovely, too bad we didn't get to hear him in the prime of the unchanged voice. Incredibly well done, for a young man in any boy soloist's worst nightmare situation!

No doubt, he's a hero, but it's so wrong that he was left standing there going through that. Quite ridiculous. Full credit to him, but the adults should have stepped in, got him a huge round of applause and brought his nightmare to an end.
