  • i thought you guys do a 3 day split, ive been following your workout of mon; chest, triceps and shoulders, tues; biceps and back and fri; legs, leaving 7 days for each body part

  • I'm 15 and my football coach's make us do a full body workout, that is bench press, squat, Incline, power clean, front squat, abs, hamstrings, and quads, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. we normally have a 1 day recovery time (Tuesday and Thursday) on those days we do agility exercises. on days where we are out of school 1 day, like this week we didn't go Monday, we are doing a full body workout 3 days in a row (Tuesday-Thursday) and i feel like I'm about to die!! what's your opinion on this?

  • Would working out chest tri and shoulder, on minday and working out back and bicepts on wednesday and legs and abs on friday be a good workout? and enough recovery time for each group?
