At the time he did NOT know the cause of death, which he himself stated here, yet he kept saying, "We do not know the casue of death, for all we know it could have been natural, BUT I DO KNOW THAT I WARNED FROM THIS". Makes no sense at all, you can't make a statement like "I warned from this" when you don't even know what happened. So what, had it been natural death, you warned from that also Sherlock?
