comecei em janeiro mas ja vou bem lançado para a minha 1ª corda!! os que entraram ao mesmo tempo que eu nem ainda o pino sabem fazer e eu.. pernadas, floreios.. claro que ainda os tenho que melhorar, bem como as esquivas e jinga.. mas sim, quem ama o que faz progride rapidamente e com satisfaçao!! e é a olhar para videos como este que nos motiva ainda mais! abraço de luis (ainda nao tenho nome xD) da capoeira interacçao de braga em portugal!

@grurbanopt76 I was a whole lot closer though when I executed the tech and it wasn't really a full on kick it was much more of a angular bashing knee. I'm going to see if I can put up a video of it in the next few days to a week...

The same day I learned this tech? I used it while sparring with a boxing-wrestling friend of mine. I faked the shot (double leg takedown) and went instantly into this tech. Not only did I nail him with the kick (pulled it otherwise he'd've been really hurt but still dropped and kinda stunned him) but I landed completely away from him so he couldn't launch a counterattack if he wanted to. Yep folks...I fight with my capoeira.There are still capoeira warrios *cough ANDERSON SILVA cough*
