The United States obviously started the second gulf war. Vietnam - Look up the Gulf of Tonkin. The invasion of Panama in '89. Operation 'uphold democracy' in '94. Furthermore, the United States is responsible with causing coups and instating dictators around the world, such as the Guatemalean coup d'etat '54. Assassination of Lumumba in the Congo, Salvador Allende in Chile and the installation of the brutal Shah Pahlavi. The list goes on.

Sending conscripts to war is ridiculous though. In this regard the US should learn from many EU countries and only use trained, special forces etc.
