It does not change the fact that this woman was harrassed and violated and that the filmers and producers of this video were in the wrong. But it's pretty clear you are here supporting what they did. @beautifulmind546 You're part right there, they cannot film a person with the intent to distribute the video FOR PROFIT without their consent, putting it on youtude is completely legal, don't ya think it would have been removed by now by youtubes increasing concern and stamp down on violation of laws/copyright??? Filming public places is not against the law. It is in fact against the law to film people when they have explicitly requested not to be filmed and it is against the law to distribute film wihtout the subjects consent or permission. The FACT that this woman was being harrassed and provoked only makes it more clear that the producers of this video are in the wrong.
