How to update your iPod Touch to 3.0

In this video I show you how to get the new 3.0 without paying the 10 dollars, you can get the firmware from this site:

http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/

When it is done, preferably you should save it to the desktop.
-Open iTunes and where it says "Restore"
-Option+Click and then choose the 3.0 Firmware

Now your iPod should restore to the new Firmware.

If you would like to jailbreak use redsn0w.

Download for Mac or Windows.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE ON WINDOWS YOU NEED TO SHIFT+CLICK ON "RESTORE"
