Whether or not you would like to partake in the 21 Day Challenge I talk about in this video, I still encourage you to try the "cancel, clear or delete the negative thought and REPLACE with a positive thought" exercise the next time you find yourself getting caught up in a self-defeating thought pattern, worrying/ obsessing about something, etc. I still encourage people to express their emotions and humanness! Absolutely! It's ok to feel sad, mad, frustrated- These emotions are always telling you something. It's up to you to figure out what they're trying to tell you. Sometimes they could be telling you that you're not on the right track, or perhaps something really sad did happen, so of course the natural response is to be sad... But sometimes, we're sad because of thoughts we're believing about ourselves that don't align with who we "really" are which is AMAZING! A lot of suffering occurs because of our limiting thoughts/ beliefs about ourselves and the world. If you've gotten into the habit of thinking really critical, limiting thoughts about yourself, you're most likely not *feeling* very good. If this is the case, sometimes just thinking a thought that is slightly more positive than your current thoughts will allow you to *feel* better. The better you feel, the easier it will become to manifest your desires. (Youtube "Abraham Hicks" if you haven't already.) So you may want to try this simple exercise as much as you can for a 21 day period in attempt to break the habit. I guarantee that after at least 21 solid days of putting in the effort to break the habit of negative thinking, you'll have more confidence, feel more joy & peace of mind. Sure, you'll probably still have those self-defeating thoughts from time to time, but they won't be as frequent and I bet that the really positive, empowering thoughts will come more naturally to you. Just as we can become accustomed to thinking negatively about ourselves, we can become accustomed to thinking more positively about ourselves! Train your mind, change your brain, change your life! :)

PS. Even if you think this challenge is silly, I feel that the world needs all the positive energy it can get these days, including yours! YOU DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE! So keep that in mind. :D

  • @KeltoiThomi Absolutely! We all have so many limiting programs in our minds that are complete lies- They've been influenced by all these control systems, (ie. media, news, education system) & we need to break out of them! ! So many sad & angry feelings we have about ourselves is because we BELIEVE in the LIES!!! We are all incredibly powerful, beautiful & brilliant! We simply need to remember this & remind ourselves whenever one of those limiting thoughts comes up! =)

  • @MsMagicalMermaid I used to dance a lot, ballet in particular when I was younger, but now I just dance for fun. :)

  • Brilliant! your voice makes my crown tingle ;) Science has proved what you say about pathways in your brain. Its also effected by your experiences and education. So through education system you could make a race of people that only use certain parts of their brain! Personally I am going to spend a bit of time listening to my heart. I see your doing the same.   • Great video leija!! I am trying to put together my seminar training. Leija, I wanted to tell you about a day I just had. It happened around this last Christmas. I found that I could not think of anything I needed or even wanted. I did the I am happy as I am mind training for 21 days or more. When I was ask what I wanted for Christmas; I could not thinking of anything. I knew then that I had my lacking thoughts on the run and now I could be happy with want and who I an right now. what a moment

  • I have studied recently about the subconcious mind, because I havent "been myself" lately andthat being said I have still wondered one thing that i couldnt find an answer to; how would one "self talk" themselves to convincing the mind that they are highly capable of achieving their goals and that they are unstoppable, but be cautious to make sure one remained humble after all of the self praise? thanks in advance, Caleb
