@wondnaereh To protect the treatment method/regime. A complete puzzle set in any of the victims means the techniques employed might be reverse engineered. If they don't have the whole info (just enough to suit the desired purpose) that risk is significantly reduced.

i say, this video is a crock of shit. it's sad to see people try and discredit those who our govt has really epxerimented on/ screwed over people. mind control technology is used against US citizens, but our govt does not ritually abuse. A lot of disinfo out there says ritual abusers, satanists, freemasons do the mc. No, it's CIA done, and i'd be curious as to how many of those testifying in above video have military connections...no joke...
