@saif1337 nope. It's a kids cartoon, just there are a lot of adults and teenagers that love the show. I suggest watching from episode one, AND NOT STOPPING. Don't just stop in the middle of the episode, and formulate your opinion on it after you're done watching it. Be open minded.

@Commanderf6 what? It had nothing to do with lack of originality. It was simply about which is a better character, and while they both are really cool in their own way, since Spike is part of the mane cast in FiM, he's 20% cooler, thereby making him more awesome than Spyro.

Just realized something
If you were to pit Spike against Spyro the Dragon:
Both are purple dragons
both are fairly young
they both have been redesigned at least once
But Spike knows the Mane 6, so he wins by a landslide
