Unboxing videos are the lamest things out there. Thanks for pointing out where the barcode is. Even as you were describing it, your voice seemed to show that you realized how dumb of a thing it was that you were doing.

i tried ordering one of these from shop radio cast and they warned me not to because many of the disc 2 side 2s are thicker than the other sides, causing damage to players and loss in sound? anyone else heard about this?

Wow I usually buy all my TMV albums original, but seeing you unbox Octhahedron is like....wow. I had such a crappy experience with my...CD....unboxing, compared to urs. Seems worth the money.

oh my god I just paid attention to those artworks and it has an impact of Pink Floyd's The Wall film animation - a flower stuck into other flower transforming into human bodies and back. I know Storm Thorgerson worked with The Mars Volta but animations for The Wall were created by other guy and now I don't know what to think of

@5targazer the artwork for the vinyl was created by jeff jordan, with the layout and design by sonny kay. Jeff has a website jeffjordanart and has some cool things there. also check out the website for mexican chocolate for the cool tmv posters. hope there's a new vinyl coming out soon, thanks for commenting

thanks for this vid, it was really interesting, i think the vinyl also comes with a live version of cotopaxi but im not sure

cotopaxi live was available through itunes if you pre ordered the octahedron download. im not sure where you can get it now. try checking the coma. the studio version is on the vinyl.

you can get it from amazon uk for pre order. it will be released on sept 28 according to them
