"Let's try to make Nissan look bad by mocking one of their SAFETY FEATURES on our own channel. That'll make us look really good." - GM

Embarrassing to post a video like this, and the slamming in the posts below..
On the other hand, in a Nissan commercial the Chevy Volt gets a bad angle.. Lol.. the big boys are teasing each other.. ;)

Suddenly I've woken up on Planet Bizaro, where butt ugly cars have speakers on the outside so that pedestrians can hear them coming; all the while, a supposed notion of environmental 'sustainability' is more important than sustained, real-world road performance. Whatever this car costs, it's too much for a city-only application. If electric cars can't match gasoline cars every step of the way, they are insufficient and no amount of 'polar bears saved' makes up for this.

do you know where electricity comes from? coal and nuclear power and you plug it into a wall that will raise your electricity bill through the roof. if you turn on the lights, comfort features, and a/c, it takes up more electricity and wastes the whole battery. The car does not recognize defrosting the mirrors, turning on A/C or Heat, and it does not warm the wheel. The full electric vehicle will not go to future preferences. this vehicle sounds so loud when doing a 0-60 and while accelerating.

fake song

sounds cool, kinda like the deloareon (back to the future)

I own a Leaf, The VSP (Vehicle Sound for Pedestrians) is imperceptible and can be switched off. It is not such a loud noise like the video posted. This is being published by GM Volt to slam Nissan. Ridiculous!
-
My Geo Metro makes that exact noise when taking off, but that's because it's 20 years old and has a hole rotted through the muffler...
-
What an awesome sound! Always liked the film "Minority Report". Now i can drive around like in the movie :D
-
is this the real sound or fake
So, why is a channel for the Chevy Volt posting videos about a Nissan car?

I am concerned that GM is getting desperate enough to try to slam Nissan this way. Jealous much?
