You should write appropriate PHP code yourself. Image Uploader code examples include a simple gallery which displays all files uploaded, but most likely you need something more advanced and integrated into your website.
Also, there are several plugins for various CMS based on Image Uploader.

is there a way to show my end user the files he just uploaded? so not the whole directory?
