When I am not starting off my day with egg whites you will always hear me in the kitchen with the blender. 1 banana, 1-2 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1-2 Scoops of Raw Oatmeal, Hint of Cinnamon, 4-5 Frozen Strawberries, Handful of Frozen Mixed Berries, 1 1/2 Cup of Skim Milk. Eat with Whole Wheat Toast or Bagel.
