  • And the last question does there exist a vocaloid with the voice of Akiakane?

Last year I have also made my first vocaloid experience with a guest appearance of Megurine Luka in one of my songs.

  • @7syn And no, there is not a Vocaloid with Akiakane's voice. As far as I know Piko is the only Nico Singer who's voice has been recorded for a Vocaloid. Though there also are Nico Singers who've made an UTAU.

Btw, Megurine Luka is my fav Vocaloid 8D

  • Ok, I think I understand now what a nico singer is.

But does that mean the music in the songs are from different bands/ records and the nico singers only do some kind of Karaoke to the playbacks.

Does that also mean, that Akiakane doesn't sing in a band or as a solo artist and nobody knows who is the face behind this vocaloid dubber?

Also the songs are very interesting too.

Until Rebirth for example, a great song, but who is the band behind this song?

  • @7syn Yes, in Japan a lot of bands also release karaoke versions of their songs, especially if it's the theme for an anime. Nico singers, but also singers here on youtube, just record their singing and mix them with the karaoke. And indeed, I believe nobody actually knows who she is. But as I said earlier, some Nico singers go pro, or perform at a Nico live concert. Until Rebirth is originally "sung" by Hatsune Miku. The composer of the song is "Myriad", and the lyrics are written by Kei

  • Can you tell me who is Akiakane?

I love her voice specialy in Until Rebirth!!!

    I mean she can't be a vocaloid.

  • @7syn Akiakane is a Nico singer. She dubs Vocaloid (well, nico singers also dub anime or just J-pop songs) and uploads them on Nico Douga, which is like the Japanese Nico Douga. There are A LOT of "Utatte Mita" singers, and most of them have really pretty voices. Some also go pro, or at least sell some albums they recorded. Piko is a good example, he started as a fandubber, went pro and his voice was used for a Vocaloid. I hope I made it a bit more clear for you XD

  • Sometimes it seems like Akiakane loses control of her voice in some of the songs she's covered, but this cover sounds really good, vocally. Ah, I love her voice so much <3
