Shooting M-240 G

I was the gunner with an "A" gunner. we were doing talking guns with another 240 team at a french range in Djibouti Africa. This was in 2004

whether you are a sinper or a machine gunner its always better to work as a team and keep in contact with your partner. killing is a business, business is always better managed with a partner

I was in 1/7 Wpns Co. I was a Dragon by trade but was handed a M-60. I loved that gun, except for humps. Talking guns..... All the time better than the 0331's Suppression fire is what a gun like that is made for, plus killing. I served in Somalia 1992-1993.

Well, if you can shoot from the hip, then you can shoot from the ground. You dont need a teamleader to help you with your helmet. you need a new helmet designed for your head. Im telling you, there will be better results cause gunner always complains about their position. I was in Iraq and Afg, the only time we used a tripod was on post, some of the time, or if you are in an ambush pos. We need to train more on the gunners shooting solo on bipods. keep old knowledge, and have new ones.
