This is Keely Smith's original recording of "I Wish You Love" recorded more than a year before her hit version. It was from her very first Capitol recording session in April 1956 with Nelson Riddle. Though it is substantially different from the later version, already posted, it is quite good in its own right. This version is found as a bonus track on the CD version of the I Wish You Love album released on the Collectors Choice label.
VERY TALENTED young lady thank you for posting both versions. Have you heard the Temptations cover this live?
