Quota? Our ISP tried this at first as well, it was short lived as people wouldnt have it.
I assume that's what you mean, and i couldn't accept that from my isp :O

nah i mean like my monthly internet quota is 12gb so ive used 6gb in 4 days watching youtube vids :O

Its why you got a quota i dont get, we pay for speed, price get higher the faster we want it to go, but we can use it and download as much as we possibly can :)
