  • Conservative students need not apply.

  • Don't get me wrong. I want to repay my loans and interest. But the 50% penalties and the 20K in collection costs compounding at an insurmountable rate make in impossible to pay it off. This is a way to grow government. If you work for the man your loans are "Forgiven". Who pays for that? I will for the rest of my life. Govt worker gets 78k a year and is forgiven of student loans, all tax dollars. I've held a job since I was 13. Worked through High School and college. Paying taxes all the while.

  • All Direct Student Loans are entrapment. They are the only loans in the whole world unable to be discharged for any reason. If you don't get on your feet fast enough you will be enslaved by the US government. They will bleed you for your entire life. ANY violation of the Higher Education Act by the Dept of Ed goes without justice. Predatory lending at its greatest under the guise of opportunity. They cannot repossess the mind but they will repossess the spirit. These violations are a breach.
