yea i remember hearing something about some pro stock thing. are they going to have to redo the chassis? doesnt that class run tube chassis cars?

There is a possibility of running the malibu eng., but it will be 525cid running in nmca pro stock next year maybe!

i remember when this car had no wheely bars what so ever. last time i heard there was a possibility of putting a huge big block in it.

In the new 5.0 Mustang magazine there's a 1080hp all motor small block Mustang. Pretty crazy. It has a 450ci motor reving to 9400rpm. The car ran 8.36 at 161mph. Would be a pretty good race against this Camaro. This Camaro is just awesome though

My name's Jason, I attended SAM back in 2001?? Anyway, I try to keep as up to date as I can on what the school is doing. The latest Camaro Performers mag has an article on the engine in this car. All C5R stuff. Title is misleading though, they claim 916 hp on pump gas. Editors let that one slip. S'posed to be 15.4:1

The motor in the car now is a C5R deal. Don't know what they did with the Z06 (base) motor.
