  • @Dracomalfoychat If you are not losing it, then you are probably NOT doing it right. Maybe I should be more specific and add the following: 3) Doing it correctly 4) DEDICATION 5) TIME COMMITMENT. You don't lose it in a day. Maybe in a couple months depending on your current status.

  • @angelofangle I eat on a very strick diet and i runa nd swim everyday. i always have annoying love handle. suck on that.

    I should clarify what I mean about vegetables grown "above ground". What I meant was non root vegetables. Root veggies tend to be full of starch which gets converted to sugar in the body. I do eat some root veggies in moderation like carrots or turnip which contain much less starch than potato.

    I've been eating this diet for 3 weeks, I haven't counted calories at all and have already lost 15 lbs. I try to keep carb intake below 50g-75g/day which is ketogenic. Hope that helps.

    In practical terms for me personally, it's eating only foods that are found in nature: Meat (Mostly fish, chicken, some pork, beef), Nuts (walnuts, pecans, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, etc.), Eggs (I eat about a dozen a week), Vegetables (non-starchy, mostly grown above ground), Fruit (Low fructose and in limited amounts, ie. berries, apples, not grapes or bananas). Absolutely no refined grains like bread, pasta, etc. Added sugars like sweet sauces, ketchup, use very sparingly.
