  • it feels really really slow..... -_-

  • @crazitaco It is. In the band weren't more pros than on stage. ;)

  • Maybe I'm just not hearing properly, but why are they singing in English and speaking the lines in German? I thought when musicals were translated that everything was translated. Either way, it's very good. I'm just confused

  • The license for the English lyrics are a bit cheaper. And btw: the German translation is boring

  • @ACharmedLifeTime I WAS THINKING THE SAME EXACT THING. soooo confused. But I know that in Germany every child takes at least three years of english-so everyone would have understood if they had gone to see the show. Maybe translating the songs just didnt sound right?

  • @realnamesmelody German musical-transitions are always bad. When we have the choice between original and translation, we always take the english Lyrics.

  • @fartx211 and unfortunately the guy who did the headshrinker lines did NOT have a strrrrrong Cherman Akzent! What a pity! He was supposed to sound like a Viennese psychiatrist or something!

  • Lieber freundlich Sergeant Krupke,

    Du musst verstehen,

Es ist nur unsere bringin 'up-ke

Das bringt uns aus der Hand.

    Unsere Mütter sind alle Junkies,

    Unsere Väter sind alle Betrunkenen.

    Golly Moses, natcherly wir Punks!
