Many of the songs are different between the two versions, and both versions have a couple of songs that are only found in that one version. The N64 soundtrack seems to be more difficult to find on the net.

Yeah, the song owns, and there's a cool little secret in it as well. If you record the part at around the 45 second mark and play it backwards, you can hear some guy say "You're a stupid bupkess, and a tool!" At least that's what it sounds like he's saying.
