Head of the Roaring River in Westmoreland Parish Petersfield Jamaica where the river actually burs out of the ground at a raging pace and begins its journey down river. This is the drinking only side of the river where fresh crisp clear water can be bottled by the local people without fear of soaps, detergents or other contaminants. This is one of natures special places where man can live a natural life from the bountiful gifts of life. If not for the need for possesions one could sustain from these waters and the surroung fertile lands.
