Motorcycle Crash into Guardrail

let this be a lesson to everybody - don't get cocky.

1) slow in - fast out
2) look hard and as far as you can into the turn
3) don't panic
4) counter-steer hard ....

came in too hot - saw myself going into guardrail - panicked - rear tire locked - fishtail-ed and slammed into guardrail.

bike is actually not that bad - my leg and hip apparently cushioned the impact ... yippee.
