Migraine surgery & Self cure

Migraine became a simple surgical disease, that can be totally cured by 2 ways:
1- Simple migraine surgery that can be done under a local anesthesia and without any kinds of side effects.

I cant get much more information on this surgery but i would be keen to have it. been suffering for 6 years now and only just been diagnosed with the rare basilar type migraine.

If you look at my abstract migraine- new surgical treatment San Diego- California 2001, abstract # 173. you will see in Conclusion;1. There is no relation between the middle meningeal artery or basilar artery or any intracranial artery and pain of migraine. 2. The superficial temporary artery is the cause of migraine in about 95% of patients, while the occipital artery is cause in about 5% of patients. No where in the world you can find this discovery before this time.
