***** New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Is Capturing The Drivers Social Security Number Obtained In Connection With The 6 Point I.D. Verification Program And Making The Said Numbers As Well As Digital Photos Public In The CJIS 2000 Response System As Seen In:

*****

Also, the NJ MVC made False public allegations on my drivers abstract ( a.k.a. Driving Records or MVR Reports, which is available to employers and auto insurance companies), Falsely accusing me of failing to present acceptable proof of who I was for 20 years I was licensed. They made me take off work for a hole day so I can travel 100 miles to their regional office in Trenton, NJ between their 9 - 5 hours, to provide the same information I already provided to them many times for 20 years. When I asked what item(s) they accused me of failing to present to them that caused a scheduled suspension of my driving license, they said they did not have my residential address and it is a privilege to drive in this state.

Also, does anyone know why state DMV offices now make copies of drivers credentials to verify their identity?

  • Actually, the driver photos and data you've posted at those web-links were released by the EPINet network & U.S. “National Data Exchange” (N-DEx) & (NJDEx). “CJIS 2000 Response” is just a faceplate to access those images from those two websites. I don’t blame you for posting these government "slimebags" officials who think their God by passing our info around like it was a newspaper. Keep using your freedom of speech power and post more, as the U.S. had done to us in their "spyware" of networks.

  • You have to pay some much shit to drive like WTF

  • I think that NJ law sucks !!!They have to answer all the things they do to the Public in Front of the Nations Superior Court.I can't wait to move to Florida or any other State.

I feel that the Law is doing so wrong because of the Politicians.I hate DMV and their stupid Fees. They rob the innocent people.

  • The New Jersey DMV sucks! Sorry you had this problem. I had to retake my driver’s test and the guy failed me. The reason I failed was because the guy was cursing at me and it made me sooo nervous. The employee your with seems like he has an ok attitude. Since I’m a girl I was very intimidated by the guy who took me on the road test because of the cursing.

  • Given that Pub. L. 93-579 Sec. 7 requires any governmental request for social security numbers, be a statuatorial requirement, what is New Jersey's basis for this demand? Is New Jersey violating federal law?
