make sure you upgrade the gpu. Everything else you can add later. its failry easy to upgrade. It has a 3.5inh hard drive, am2 socket and two notebook ram slots on zino 400. Stay away from 300 model.

@raphaelsharp Just got one yesterday, you are able to hear it in a silent room, but it's a very low pitch noise. My PS3 makes a lot more noise than this box.

I am sooooo getting this. Base models start at $200. Add a 20" monitor for $179 and you have yourself a nice compact desktop. Freaking awesome.
