yes some pepole redid the shadow project using the same genetic matireal (minus the y cromosomes) and tryed to remove all free will so that they could make the perfect soilder who would never question orders she cant talk proporly (shes still learning even though shes not soposed to be able to learn) and she dosnt know how to speak for herself or even think for herself make her own disishons so shadow has to teach her these things that she was deprived of in her creation
