what is the best way to nail that guy canthar? because if i put him in jail he is freen in act 3 and that defensless lady ends up locked up plus i get to pay that shark 500 gold...if annyone knows please help !

well, if you turn rengaru in, then you also get the chance to get into the thiefs guild^^

Actually that pirate's cutlass rivals master sword in damage, because the damage you deal with melee weapons equals to weapon damage + strength, even if you're using a dexterity based sword.

So a guy with 60 strength and pirate's cutlass would do 65 + 60 = 125 damage per hit, while a fellow with 10 strength and 60 dexterity would do 120 + 10 = 130 damage per hit.
