The FedEx Panda Express is getting ready for takeoff, and the first step is the design! Teams have been hard at work applying the specially-designed decal to the Boeing 777F to make sure everyone who sees this plane knows exactly what VIPs (Very Important Pandas) are inside!

  • Aww how cute :D

  • @diegodaudt oh, my mistake.

  • do the decals blow off and get sucked into the engines

  • @PSOperro its a md11 not dc10. the one with the decal is a 777

  • @PS The DC-10 was succeded by the MD-11. Boeing bought McDonnel-Douglas in 1997 and I believe in 2000-2001 they discontinued the MD-11. The DC-10/MD-11 is one of the major workhorse of FedEx.

  • DC-10's are still made? I thought they got discontinued making them because of their high crash rate.

  • @juicyadvct I did! XD

Biggest Aircraft (Excluding the 747) to land at Edinburgh, so it was quite a sight to see from my house. :L

  • I would love to see this plane in the air!! <3 PANDAS!

  • I always did wonder how that was done. Lol

  • Haha FedEx "Panda Express" like fast food chain in the U.S.
