I have the upmost respect for you man. I dip unfortunately. I try an try to quit but the pressure is crazy where I come from. I am only 15 an I have been dippin since I was 10. I want to quit an you just helped me to do that. Thanks

ive been chewing every since i was 12, tried when i was 9.. and now im only 14 turning 15! i plan on quitting though on march 9th for 40days! and see if i dont need it after that 40days!

ive been diping for three years and just no its not good for you and ive been trying to stop but its ahrd csause i play baseball and most of the team and coaches do it all the time and it just becomes a thing like i see it i have to do it but i know its no good its really hard so if you havent diped for a long time stop as soon as you can cause i always wonder if im gona get cancer or not ive been clean for 2 days now o boy but its a start

I have been dipping for about 3 months now but, I have been wanting to quit so last night I through all of it away. I don't want to touch it after hearing this.
