Here Ruth from Camden Clog dances a collection of heel & toe steps from the East Lancashire clog tradition, as taught by Pat Tracey.
(semi-relevantly, she's wearing the morris dancing kit of the Hoddesdon Crownsmen)

The closest and most accurate example of clog dancing you'll see on YouTube.
Every click of heel and toe is measured with great accuracy.

Note the medal she's wearing. It's first prize from the 2009 East Lancs style Pat Tracey competition which was part of the Lancashire and Cheshire Clog Competition at Fylde Folk Festival. Well done!
