Oblivion - Gray Fox on Skooma in Bruma

The Gray Fox is visiting his favorite town Bruma on a Skooma run...


Why do you fall like that?????
If you use up all your fatigue(by running, jumping and rolling) while the Skooma effect still is working, when the effect runs out, you will fall over because you loose the boost in attributes like speed.

So if you want to fall, then jump around a lot.

How to get Skooma????
In Bravil, look for the house named Skooma Den. Then go in and steal some. You might get a small bounty of 5 septims for picking the lock, but the people inside the Skooma Den often don't care if you steal their Skooma.
But I'd rather just look around the stables OUTSIDE the walls of the Imperial City. A breton named Shady Sam sells Skooma there. For more info, as always visit uesp.net.
