"Guns, God And Government World Tour" DVD Review-Marilyn Manson

Review on "Guns, God And Government World Tour" DVD. Created in 2002. Takes place during Marilyn Manson's greatest height during the Holy Wood era 2000-2001. Many older VHS videos exist, and DVD's of the band' previous tours BUT I honestly think this DVD captures the best representation of Marilyn Manson on tour even though the band has changed quite a lot since this DVD came out. Unfortunately most people were either too young to attend the "Guns, God and Government World Tour" or just couldn't go or just didn't know of the tour like me. This DVD will take you back to a time when Marilyn Manson had ten times the energy & shock value most current Metal bands wish they had. While I loved the first four albums, I had to open my mind a bit to the newer stuff. Now I appreciate it all. If I didn't get "Eat Me, Drink Me" for me & my Ex or meet my Ex, I probably would still just have several Marilyn Manson songs on my iPod. Fast forward now and I own every MM album out and i'm looking forward to the newest album "Born Villain".
