The Sims 3 - Building a House 16 - Bayside Beauty - Part 1

Someone asked me to show what the house ends up like before I show me building it, I can't remember who but I said that I would but I didnt for the past 2 houses but I couldn't with them because I hadn't finished the house when I was uploading the videos, so this is for you!!! =3

This house was supposed to be a small starter home, and a reason for me to try out my newly acquired sets, WHICH I LOVE! Plus this house was a filler of time because I needed to ask Aaron some final questions before I get started on his house.

It turns out I suck at building small starter homes =\. I've attempted to build one over 4 times now, and this happens, not that I'm complaining but still!
The whole "pillars in the pool" trend seems to be doing fairly well for itself so I decided that I'd try my hand at it.

I seriously need to stop using that wood style, but it's just too damn awesome! I think I've used in ALL my houses. The upstairs room layout was quite the hassle, but the end product is to die for, thats in part 4!

I didn't buy the sets, they're overpriced! So I've become a criminal. In order to utilize this house at its maximum potential you are going to have to find a way to obtain the sets yourself, don't ask me because as bad as I feel getting them illegally, I'm NOT going to give the sets out.

Bayside Beauty took 4 hours to build and costs $180 000 furnished and $110 000 unfurnished!

@LuigiRules Hey i got one question, "The posed double glass door" i have it, but it kost 0$? And second question, i want to place the door on the slanted wall on the lower floor but then there appears a message with only "this can not" and there is place in front AND back of the door so i dont know why i cant place that door. It only cant on THAT slanted wall. If i try to place him somewere else then it works. Anyone?
