Complete the above objectives to get the Personal Item

When obtaining a Personal Item you need to use the character you are getting the item for to complete the objectives.

After completing the objectives you will get a message showing that the personal item has appeared. To find its location press start and go to history. Find the message of when the personal item appeared, and it will show you on the map where it is located.
