http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - Today, I take you into the kitchen to explain what the menstruum ratio is...
Don't worry... no cooking or prep from this guy... Annmarie handles all of that!
I also answer a few other questions on the common cold, are wheatgrass powders potent, what vegetables you can eat raw AND I talk about an issue that is publicly being battled by McNeil Nutritionals (creator of Splenda) and the Sugar Association.
Fun stuff!
Take a look...
what about stevia? So far its considered safe

1) Yes :)
2) My favourite herb tincture has got to be crampbark. That baby saved my life!
Dalyfilms, if you can't afford tinctures, they are way easy to make on your own from alcohol or oil. Just do your research :)

Yeah I'm learning about menstruum ratios right now actually in my herb course!
My favorite tincture right now is black walnut. Most people think of it as an anti-parasite herb but that'so nly in high doses over a short period of time. In low doses over a looong period of time it will actually make your teeth and bones incredibly durable! It builds the tooth enamel. I think it's because of the manganese in it?...

Uhm. It isnt economically feasable for me to buy tinctures ATM, but my day comes I think my favorite will be a whole shelf full.
I wanted to comment about the person with the cold: in recent years I have found that the cold-eez brand lozenges work like magic (for me) if I take them at the onset of a cold. They contain some Zinc and some C. I add extra C.
I never really catch colds anymore[knock wood], because I load up on C every day and if I go to public places I double my C supplement.
