I don't hate eminem cause I'm gay (which I am). I hate him cause I just don't like his music. The only song I liked with him in it was... Nothing actually. Cause, in my personal opinion, he sucks. There are people out there who like him, and I can understand why. I just don't. Again, it's not because I'm gay.

They seem to be bashing people who selfishly make their identity into a logo or advert or overt primary function.
