@teamhumanity It's okay to be small, just have the courage to feel the smallness. The one that feel small or big or equal in comparison to "others" is the one that dies, the joy of this way is that ego-death can happen here and now, leaving only Reality Itself Is to live you. Then there is no fear, only bliss, That One does not die or claim any insecurity or advantage over the body-mind which inhere in It.

A ladder as a hierachy of higher and lower, no step is superior than the other. The ladder is made of the same thing all way to the stop.
Birds sings, sun shines, trees grow, thoughts think, where is the significance of an 'individual' guru (human form) in the vastness of this one whole universe?

There is only one true hierarchy that exists in the world and it is neither social or political in nature, rather, it is based on the spiritual development of an individual and this development can be tested for authenticity. A spiritual adept then has the ability to transmit their actual enlightened state to another if they are receptive and sensitive to the process. There is much more for you to understand, Adi Da has given talks on the egos refusal to accept this as a reality. Keep watching.
