when I watch your videos or even just see your face, I feel a sense of calmness within my being. I am present. Normally, I dont feel this way when im around people. they are all in their own unconsciousness. lol ...you are truly peaceful....i could feel it.

Sir , You Are Helping Me Very Much , But I love to ask you , to meditate we have to be calm , but the thinkings and the thoughts doesn;t let me to Meditate , how to remove thoughts , in a way to meditation ? Please Answer Me !

@EditorSEM Don't be afraid of your negative feelings, we all experience them and they can't really hurt you. Tell yourself "pain, pain" or "depressed, depressed". I'm dealing with similar problems right now, I'm making progress and wishing you the best. :)

Also when i meditate i cant go on from concentrating on a object. its hard for me to reach the thoughtless state of mind. any help would be great ty

@mustabrink there is no need to try to reach a thoughtless state of mind. The nature of the mind is to think. Just accept the thoughts as "thinking, thinking" or even "distracted, distracted".

Thank you very much for the help. I can't believe I ran into this stuff randomly just in a time of my life where I've grown an interested for meditation.
It's strange, I see a sadness in you in these vids. I wonder if it's just a projection..
