The motor did not seem to have a happy noise at 5k rpm, is that the motors max rpm or is something off balance? It is not the rattling its more of a uneven grinding stone on a grinder sound.

@fighter199212 It's the clutch. Once there is a load on the spindle it disappears. If you listen closely you can hear the rattle go away when the spindle accelerates. Not much I can do about it. Might be able to get in there and put some very heavy grease in there to silence it a little.
