We are about to start this program in Wichita, Ks and I have high hopes that it will greatly increase the amount of recycling here, our recycling rate has been pretty poor in the past. I haul garbage for a living, check out some of my videos to see how wastefull we are.

Gracias por compartir este Video, desde mi punto de vista la recompensa economica es el mejor incentivo y mas aun en LatinoAmerica donde aun no se ha inculcado una conciencia ambiental.

They would be taken off the program. Staff watches the bin dump. The RFID identifies the customer and customer is notified of problem.

The staff watches the trash dumped. They press a red button on the truck. The ID of the recycle bin tells them the customer. The customer gets a letter informing them of their mistake. Etc, etc.

much of the mess in the philippines also come from the people who refuse to make changes, take action, and be accountable. if there was garbage on the streets-- and its been laying there for too long.. the first thing i'd ask is, 'who put it there in the first place.' not the government.
the phili government on the other hand does need to learn how to interpret the laws instead of changing it only to shut people up.
