That book is so amazing. I die just thinking about it. I just can't even. No. If you've seen FRIENDS then you'll know what I mean when I say I had to put my book in the freezer. But for real. On my list of FAVOURITE books.

It's most definitely appropriate for you! There are mild references to sex, but when I was in the 6th grade, I had a teacher assign a book that had references to sex, so I don't think it's a huge deal. The overarching themes are wonderful, and I think the only reason there would be an age barrier on this book is kids much younger than you might not be able to fully grasp or understand them. But you should definitely read it!
