The first "FPS" I ever played! Loved it! :D

This was the game that made me wish I had a 6128 instead of a 464.
For the uninitiated, the 6128 had twice the 464's memory, (mostly-irrelevant) and - here's the crucial bit - a diskette drive, instead of the tape drive on the 464. Why does it matter? Because the tapes were REALLY GODDAMN SLOW to load from.
Sultan's Maze took 17 minutes to load from tape, when it decided it was going to load at all. And you couldn't really just walk away and do something else, because it would error a LOT.

Was this game written in BASIC? It is SO slow, even for a CPC.

I modified the game to earn 10 points of life each time I passed through a wall, and 25 points of life each time I moved...So, the game was easier.
Well, 17 mins if everything was fine...It was very hard when the game was about to load and an error happened...grfxxxxx !!!!!
